8 Account Closure & Suspension

Be111 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms and Conditions are violated.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• Involvement in any prohibited activity.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If the member requests self-exclusion.

Before closing an account, be111 will generally notify the member by email or SMS. However, in cases of serious violations, an account may be closed without prior notice.

Members may request account closure at any time through be111 support. Any valid balance will be refunded.

9 Responsible Gaming
